COF Agreement

By using VEO World, you agree to these terms. This is VEO World's terms of use and they apply to all users of the VEO World platform. "We", "our" or "us" refers to VEO World Europe Ltd and our subsidiaries. "VEO World" refers to this platform and the services we offer.

1. Contracting Parties

This Agreement on the Storage of the Cardholder's Credentials (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is entered into between you (hereinafter also referred to as the "Cardholder") and VEO World Europe Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the "Merchant").

2. Consent

By checking the relevant checkbox, you express full consent to this Agreement and authorize the Merchant and its payment service provider to store your name, surname, card expiration date and PAN number (hereinafter referred to as "Credentials on File" or COF) and to initiate transactions on your behalf (hereinafter referred to as "Merchant-initiated COF transactions") and/or to process transactions initiated by you (hereinafter referred to as "Cardholder-initiated COF transactions"), both using stored credentials.

3. Merchant Disclosures

3.1. Your credentials will be used for Merchant-initiated COF transactions.

3.2. Access to all digital content monthly for 7.90 Euro.

3.3. Fixed date or interval of transaction is monthly for scheduled Merchant-initiated COF transactions.

3.4. Event triggering the transaction: Not applicable.

4. Transaction Confirmation

The following details related to this Agreement shall be included in the transaction confirmation: card number, transaction amount, additional charges (if applicable), transaction currency, transaction date, authorization code and Merchant location.

5. Amendment Notices

You will be notified of any amendments to this Agreement 7 (seven) business days before such amendments become effective for scheduled Merchant-initiated COF transactions, and 2 (two) business days before such amendments become effective for unscheduled Merchant-initiated COF transactions or for Cardholder-initiated COF transactions.

6. Agreement Validity

The Agreement becomes effective upon successful authorization (or account verification) by your card issuer and receipt of your consent to this Agreement by the Merchant, and shall remain in force until terminated by you or by the Merchant in accordance with the cancellation terms.
